About Gather Works Group
We exist to deliver work that holds up after handover — not just at the point of sign-off. Our mission
Gather Works Group was set up to bring a more direct, accountable way of working to the consulting & professional services sector — one where clients deal with the people actually doing the work, not a rotating account team.
Every engagement starts with a short discovery conversation focused on your actual operational reality. From there, a named contact stays with your project from first concept through to delivery and follow-up.
Clarity first
We would rather give you a clear, honest answer than a comfortable one — Gather Works Group is built on being straightforward with clients.
Outcome-focused
Every piece of work is judged by whether it actually moves the business forward, not by how it looks in a proposal.
Direct relationships
You work with the people actually doing the work, not a rotating set of account managers relaying messages.
Considered pace
We take on a limited number of engagements at a time so that nothing gets rushed to hit an arbitrary deadline.
